We use Extract Coffee, an award winning Cotswold coffee roaster producing 100% Arabica, ethnically sourced, and locally crafted on a vintage cast iron roaster called Betty! We have great baristas who understand the crop to cup coffee journey, and a local roaster supporting everyone involved in its creation. With this in mind we regard our coffee as Bourton’s best tasting cup.
