Our hotel is laid out over two floors and because it is an old Victorian building we do not have a lift on the premises, therefore if you require a room on the ground floor, please call our friendly reception team who will endeavour to find a suitable room for your stay. 

Accessibility Information – Partially Accessible Room. We are committed to welcoming all guests and doing our best to accommodate a wide range of accessibility needs. We offer one partially accessible room, which includes some features designed to assist guests with disabilities. However, please note that this room is not fully accessible and may not meet the requirements of all individuals with physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities. Because accessibility needs can vary greatly from person to person, this room is only available to book directly by phone. Speaking with you allows us to understand your specific requirements and ensure we can meet them before confirming your stay. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to contact us at 01451 820286 to discuss your needs or make a reservation, our team is here to help.


We are happy to welcome well - behaved dogs in our ground floor coach house rooms. For bookings with dogs, please contact our reception team directly on 01451 820286, or you can choose the dog friendly room option on our booking page. To cover the additional housekeeping of our dog friendly rooms, we charge £10 per night per dog.

If you are staying for a special occasion we can arrange for flowers, chocolates, champagne or any other reasonable requests, to be available in your room on arrival.

Large Bookings: We can accommodate up to 45 guests, our rooms and facilities are perfectly suited for celebrations, birthdays, walking and cycling groups.

Reception: Our friendly reception team is on hand from 8am– 9pm every day. Because we are a small family run hotel, we don’t have a 24 hour night porter.

Parking: We have a small site, situated in the centre of the village. There are only 18 car parking spaces, despite having 22 bedrooms. Parking is therefore on a first come, first serve basis. If no spaces are available on your arrival, please ask at reception and we will be able to direct you to alternative parking close by.

Hotel Garden: The hotel boasts a beautiful walled garden, tucked away from the bustling tourist spots, offering a perfect oasis to unwind and recharge with a cool drink. Dining is available in the garden, tables are available on a first come first serve basis.


Taxis: If you require a taxi or car service during your stay, please refer to our list of local providers here.  Please note: taxis must be booked well in advance, as they are not available 24/7 and there are no taxi ranks in Bourton-on-the-Water.
