The ongoing wellbeing of all Chester House Hotel staff and guests is the management’s top priority

With the ongoing spread of COVID-19, we would like to this opportunity to inform all of our guests, both present and future, of the steps we are taking to protect our staff and guests.  We would also like to highlight the key procedures we have implemented to ensure the continued wellbeing of everyone visiting our hotel.

Our Staff

We have already taken many proactive steps to protect our staff.

Daily wellbeing assessments are being undertaken by the management team within all hotel departments. 

We have in place robust sanitisation and cleanliness procedures managed by our housekeeping team and carried out by all staff members, throughout all rooms, kitchens and other key areas of the hotel.  We have hand sanitisers situated throughout all staff areas, as well as public and communal areas. 

Our Guests

All public entrance and exits have hand sanitisation areas.  Guests also have access to hand sanitiser throughout the communal areas of the hotel. 

We are being flexible with our booking and cancellation policies and our reception staff will endeavour to work with you to ensure your needs are met.

Dear Guests...

Please could we ask you to report to reception if you start to feel unwell during your stay. If you start to display any signs of fever and / or flu life symptoms during your stay please let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements with our cleaning procedures and the management of staff.
