superb hotel, fantastic location
The hotel is charming and spotlessly clean. All the staff were helpful and so friendly. Rooms are excellent. Breakfast is plentiful and cooked to perfection. We ate in the restaurant for two of the three nights we were there, we had excellent meals on both occasions and particularly enjoyed the Italian tapas. Will most certainly be returning.

A night stay over
A nice hotel with a great Italian restaurant attached which we had a great evening meal. The hotel is very central in Bourton-on-the-Water within walking distance of all the main places.

We’ll Be Back!
We had a two night, weekend stay at the Chester House Hotel to celebrate a family occasion. The hotel was delightful. Our three rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel were excellent - attentive and friendly. We had dinner on our arrival night at the hotel’s Italian restaurant (which is integral to the hotel). The food and wine offerings were very good and the prices reasonable. We will undoubtedly be returning to Burton-on-the-Water and will definitely be staying at the Chester House Hotel again.

We came to stay for my 60th birthday.The hotel is absolutely lovely and the staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be coming back.Thank you

Very good
Our room was lovely good size. The bathroom was really big with a bath and separate walk in shower. Made to feel very welcome by staff.The breakfast was very good.Hotel is good position very close to shops etc.

September stay at the Chester House Hotel
Just returned from stay at Chester House hotel. Very good, comfortable and staff kind and helpful. I had some meals in the restaurant which were first class. I would recommend this hotel highly and am returning for short break in December.

Great Location
Great Location, Great service, lovely staff.Front of house staff were very helpful, politeand engaging.Sorry we didn't get this staff members name, she is polish. From breakfast through to dinner she was always smiling and happy. Nothing was to much trouble. She was a little ray of sunshine all day long.Would definitely recommend/go back again.

We had a really lovely time
We were made to feel very welcome . Parking the car was easy . We had excellent treatment and even though the weather was not ideal the room was heated . Thank you , it was a lovely break .

Fourth Visit here. It's such a lovely place. Comfortable rooms. Great food. Lovely Friendly staff.Fantastic location.Love everything about it. Will definitely use this hotel again.Great whatever time of year.
