Very friendly, amazing hotel
The Chester House hotel was such a lovely, friendly cosy place in the centre of a truly magical village!The staff were so friendly, welcoming, always happy and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The food was always perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Perfect stay
Lovely stay in the heart of Bourton-on-the-water. Location was ideal with walking distance into the village. Room was cosy and fulfilled our needs. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a variety at breakfast and the food was delicious. Overall perfect stay.
