From the first enquiry through to and including the stay , the staff ( particularly Annie and Simone) were so helpful and professional.The hotel bedrooms were spotless and comfortable . Excellent location .Excellent breakfast. We alsoate in the Italian restaurant and had a fabulous meal .All my family had nothing but compliments about the hotel and staff .Highly recommended.

We require the first night to be paid at the time of booking before you arrive.
Any cancellations must be made up to 48 hours before the arrival date. All bookings cancelled after this time will not receive a refund.

Party bookings of 8 rooms or more will need to give 30 days notice of any cancellations to receive a refund. The balance is also payable at this time.

Cheltenham Race Festival- We require 28 days notice if you wish to cancel. Bookings cancelled after this time will not receive a refund.

Our Family rooms are for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children sharing. For bookings of more than 2 adults there will be an additional charge of £10 per adult, per night.

Accessibility Information - Partially Accessible Room. We are committed to welcoming all guests and doing our best to accommodate a wide range of accessibility needs. We offer one partially accessible room, which includes some features designed to assist guests with disabilities. However, please note this room is not fully accessible and may not meet the requirements of all individuals with physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities. Because accessibility needs can vary greatly from person to person, this room is only available to book directly by phone. Check in is from 3pm to 8pm. Please note that there is no night porter. Arrivals beyond 9pm should be coordinated with us to ensure that someone is on hand when you arrive.
Check out is before 11am

If you would like to dine with us please book in advance of your stay as we cannot guarantee a table on the day.We recommend booking at least 1 week before your stay. Our restaurant is open from 11.30am until 8.30pm. To reserve a table please call the hotel on 01451 820286 or email info@chesterhousehotel.com. You can also book online through our website.

Car Parking

We have parking for18 cars but we have 22 rooms, so we offer parking on a first come first served basis. Please ensure you park with a number in the middle of your car and that your car is parked nice and straight! You will need a permit from reception to put in your car. We do our upmost to accommodate as many cars as possible but if there are no spaces please ask at Reception and we can point you in the direction of 2 public carparks close to the hotel. Please let us know before your arrival if you require a disabled parking space and we can arrange this for you.
