Delightful stay
Just returned from a 2 night stay at the Chester House. Friendly and pleasant welcome, and a bonus that our room was ready although it was only around 12 noon. Lovely spacious room with nice en suite facilities.Breakfast was excellent, as were our evening meals in the restaurant.Staff were faultless without exception, and the cleanliness and standard of decoration throughout was 1st class.All theses positives, together with a brilliant location, make it a great choice for a break in The Cotswolds.

Lovely Experience
This is an absolute gem, with an excellent location in the centre of Bourton. The food in the accompanying restaurant was superb - dinner and breakfast. All of the staff were exceptional and made us and our dog feel very welcome, especially the lovely lady who served us breakfast. We will be back.

Great location, delicious food and friendly staff.
This was a really good surprise for us. The location was perfect, the friendly welcome was so nice and the food was delicious ! I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning soon

We require the first night to be paid at the time of booking before you arrive.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. All bookings cancelled after this time will not receive a refund.

Party bookings of 8 rooms or more will need to give 30 days notice of any cancellations to receive a refund. The balance is also payable at this time.

Cheltenham Race Festival- We require 28 days notice if you wish to cancel. Bookings cancelled after this time will not receive a refund.

Our Family rooms are for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children sharing. For bookings of more than 2 adults there will be an additional charge of £10 per adult, per night.

Check in is from 3pm to 8pm. Please note that there is no night porter. Arrivals beyond 9pm should be coordinated with us to ensure that someone is on hand when you arrive.

If you would like to dine with us please book in advance of your stay as we cannot guarantee a table on the day.We recommend booking at least 1 week before your stay. Car Parking

We have parking for18 cars but we have 22 rooms, so we offer parking on a first come first served basis. Please ensure you park with a number in the middle of your car and that your car is parked nice and straight! You will need a permit from reception to put in your car. We do our upmost to accommodate as many cars as possible but if there are no spaces please ask at Reception and we can point you in the direction of 2 public carparks close to the hotel. Please let us know before your arrival if you require a disabled parking space and we can arrange this for you.
