The Chester House Hotel is one of Bourton-on-the-Water’s best kept secrets! The hotel is situated In a perfect location right in the heart of the village, with easy access to everything and parking. The hotel and rooms are very tastefully decorated, with great food in the restaurant. The staff are absolutely amazing - so welcoming and will do anything to make your stay perfect. Would highly recommend.

We require the first night to be paid at the time of booking before you arrive.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. All bookings cancelled after this time will not receive a refund.

Party bookings of 8 rooms or more will need to give 30 days notice of any cancellations to receive a refund. The balance is also payable at this time.

Cheltenham Race Festival- We require 28 days notice if you wish to cancel. Bookings cancelled after this time will not receive a refund.

Our Family rooms are for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children sharing. For bookings of more than 2 adults there will be an additional charge of £10 per adult, per night.

Check in is from 3pm to 8pm. Please note that there is no night porter. Arrivals beyond 9pm should be coordinated with us to ensure that someone is on hand when you arrive.

If you would like to dine with us please book in advance of your stay as we cannot guarantee a table on the day.We recommend booking at least 1 week before your stay. Car Parking

We have parking for18 cars but we have 22 rooms, so we offer parking on a first come first served basis. Please ensure you park with a number in the middle of your car and that your car is parked nice and straight! You will need a permit from reception to put in your car. We do our upmost to accommodate as many cars as possible but if there are no spaces please ask at Reception and we can point you in the direction of 2 public carparks close to the hotel. Please let us know before your arrival if you require a disabled parking space and we can arrange this for you.
